The Hotel del Sur was born from an innovative idea of a group of entrepreneurs who constituted the first Board of Directors of Sociedad Promotora del Sur SA, which bought a property owned by Mr. Antonio Mesén Valverde, with a futuristic idea projected the idea of a hotel.
This company was inaugurated in 1974, after working as part of a private company for 8 years with different commercial names, such as: Hotel Promotora del Sur, Hotelera del Sur, Hotel del Sur S.A. Hotel del Sur, since July 2001, is affiliated with the international chain of Holiday Exchange Resort Condominium International RCI, with more than 4000 developments affiliated worldwide.
Thanks to the constant improvements and its commitment to the quality of the service, it was awarded the recognition of RESORT OF INTERNATIONAL DISTINCIÓN (RDI), for two consecutive years 2003 and 2004.
