It is one of the first beaches to visit, for those traveling from the Central Pacific to the south. It is a large 12 km long, wide strip with dark sand, located between the amazing mouth of the Naranjo River and the mouth of the Savegre River, which is known as the cleanest river in Central America.
This beach can be reached by easement non-paved roads, but it’s worth it because of the opportunity to observe the flora and fauna, to take a sunbath, the wide areas for resting and to practice sports, like fishing.
