Twin sister of Uvita beach, this beach extends for six kilometers, between the mouths of the Uvita and Higuerón rivers, although Hermosa beach has gray sands instead of white sands.
It’s easy to reach from the coastal road and provides a spectacular view towards the Osa Peninsula when looking south, Punta Dominical at the north and Isla del Caño (another area protected by the Costa Rican State) at the southeast.
