Costa Rica's south Pacific coast beaches
The large southeastern region of the Costa Rican territory is marked by a huge amount of natural treasures. There are abundant national parks -some of them are world renowned-; forests that do not lose their green color even during the dry season; refreshing rivers and a dream-like amount of touristic options.
Only on the southern Pacific coast, which covers a large area of the province of Puntarenas, it is possible to enjoy a lot of beaches, frequented by national and foreign tourists who feel attracted by their beauty, size and infrastructure; There are other more isolated beaches for those who prefer more privacy.
Each of these beaches has its own particular features, although they are connected by some common characteristics like: they are all bordered by green areas, trees and palm trees and a rich wildlife.
