Playa Coyote is one of the beautiful and remote beaches that are located on the west coast of the Nicoya Peninsula in Guanacaste province. Located on the pristine beach of the Pacific and between Manzanillo and Samara beaches, this beach is quiet and isolated due to the fact that most roads leading here are rough roads, dirty, and virtually impassable during the winter season. The best way to reach this beautiful beach, take a domestic flight from the capital San José to the airport or Islita Samara and Playa Coyote drive there via the village of San Francisco de Coyote which is about four kilometers from the beach.
