We have a wide variety of touristic destinies but our beaches stand out due to attractiveness. Some of the most visited beaches are:
Manuel Antonio Beach: Located in the Manuel Antonio National Park, in the pacific of our country. This place was selected by the Forbes magazine in 2011 among the list of the 12 most beautiful parks in the world. It has impressive beaches and vegetation besides a great quantity of terrestrial and marine species. It has easy access and it is a tourist attraction by excellence.
Cahuita Beach: It’s located in the Limón province, submerged in the middle of the Afro-Caribbean culture that prevails this zone. Its sands are white and its waters crystalline which turns it in the perfect scenery for scuba diving, besides it’s made up of coral reef, home of abundant sea life.
Conchal Beach: Located in the Guanacaste area, has this name because its composition is about 98% of seashell and stratum of pulverized rocks, which makes it very attractive, besides its warm waters that will allow you to bathe, swim, and scuba dive peacefully.
Jacó Beach: Located in the central pacific of the country, it’s one of the beaches closest to the capital. It’s recognized worldwide for offering great waves for surfing. Besides this beach lends itself for swimming, fishing, kayaking and various tours.
Zancudo Beach: It’s located in the south pacific of our country, this beach enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, its people are warm and nice. In the north end, the waves are practically non-existent which makes a lovely place to swim, scuba dive or relax in the water. In the south end, there are bigger waves, liked by the surf lovers.
