Fourteen foreign investors seeking franchises in Costa Rica to establish for the first time in the domestic market, according to information from the Chamber of Commerce.

Telephone companies like Levante (technology), (health) Help 24 (health care) and Kona Grill (power), are part of those interested in entering the country.

In the case of the Spanish franchise Telephony Levante, representatives will be in Costa Rica from 19 to 21 October for negotiations. This firm is dedicated to the sale of smartphones, tablets and computer accessories.

The Chamber of Commerce will be responsible for distributing and coordinate appointments.

Levante phone has its own distribution plant in Murcia, Spain, and offers investors sell technology products without seeking other suppliers.

Karol Fallas, director of the National Center for Franchising, said the transnational is interested in Costa Rica due to the high demand for mobile devices and the Internet.

Support 24 is also in the process of expansion in Latin America through the project "A 24 Help Mexico to Argentina station".

This company provides home health visits, emergency and ambulance, serving insurance companies, health funds, companies and individuals.
