Business investment ranges from $ 200,000 to $ 2.5 million, according to Chamber of Commerce

Ten American brands began the process to enter the domestic market through the sale of their specialized franchises in different sectors including food, advertising and entertainment.

The companies will present their business models Abby’s, Bonchon Chicken, Fast Signs, Fuddruckers, Kona Grill, NY Pizzeria, Sky Zone, Wayback Burgers, Signal 88 and Xtreme Lashes.

The Chamber of Commerce said in a statement that some of these companies now have more than 3,000 franchises, others are represented from three to ten countries.

The range of investment of these new businesses ranging from $ 200,000 to $ 2.5 million.

Number of franchises installed in Costa Rica grew by 62% in last 5 years

Karol Fallas, director of the National Center for Franchising of the Chamber of Commerce, said the representatives of these American companies will participate in a trade mission to be held next Monday September 21 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Escazu.

Fallas explained that the business meeting will serve to expose each business model and the options they have for the Costa Rican market.
